Your cosplay will be sent by courier to your door. You will receive an email with your order confirmation number and your shipping tracking number upon your order shipped, mostly we will ship your order upon your payment. With the tracking number you can track the progress or your purchase. Please allow 7-10 days for delivery of your cosplay. Keep in mind it may take up to 2-3 days before the online tracking has updated your package. Please make sure you enter the correct shipping address and contact number. We are not responsible for reshipment if you provided us with an incorrect address. We are not responsible for any import tax charged on your package. Delivery is guaranteed.
